These terms and conditions apply to the use of the services of OneCall Home, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) located at Arnoldusgulden 62, Dronten, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42075111.
OneCall Home acts as an intermediary between customers and independent tradespeople in Flevoland. We do not carry out any jobs ourselves. The actual agreement for performing the work is formed between the customer and the tradesperson introduced by OneCall Home.
Quotes collected through OneCall Home are non-binding until accepted by the customer. Billing and payment for work performed takes place directly between the customer and the tradesperson, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
OneCall Home makes reasonable efforts to introduce verified and reliable tradespeople, but is not liable for the quality of work performed, damages, or disputes arising from the agreement between customer and tradesperson.
