We use your data solely to assess your job, find a suitable tradesperson, request quotes, and schedule and follow up on the appointment.
To arrange your job, we share the necessary details (such as name, address and job description) with the tradesperson(s) we contact on your behalf. We also use WhatsApp (Meta) and Formspree as communication and form-handling channels; data you enter there is also subject to those parties' privacy policies.
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, unless a legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
